There are many resources available for customers who want to start developing medical applications. You can start with TI’s website for medical content. Also there are EVMs, including the Chronos watch, and a host of app notes, and the system block diagrams. Two of the app notes were discussed in this training module and several others are available that allow the customer to review from a technical perspective what is needed for an application. Also on the website is the Medical Applications Guide that walks the customer through each step and each component of a system, including the key concerns for portable medical devices, and allows them to make the best decision for what is needed.
