Product List
There are several precautions that must be considered when working and designing with SSRs. Proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures must be followed while handling these SSRs to avoid MOSFET failures. Also, care must be taken during the design process not to exceed the maximum allowable IRED and load current for the anticipated operating temperature to avoid premature failure of the IRED or MOSFET switches. Additionally, the minimum pulse width must be observed to avoid turn-on and turn-off times exceeding design specifications.
