The SSR will actually turn off faster when the input IRED has been driven harder. As shown in the graph for Normalized Turn-Off Time vs. Temperature, the characteristic of this SSR will turn off slower when above 25°C. This is dependent on the specific SSR type. Again, the designer needs to take into account the operating temperature environment and make allowance for all component tolerances over the full range of expected temperature, voltage, and current conditions.
