The chart on this slide illustrates the specifics of the low-power mode. The low-power mode is enabled using an internal RC oscillator of 34.7 kHz. When this mode is configured, the internal oscillator is used to periodically wake up the device in order to transmit and receive. In this case, there is very low power consumption and at the same time an efficient communication link. The wake-up period can be programmed inside the SPIRIT1, so the user can decide exactly when to wake up the device in low power mode.
