The XP-E2 is clearly ahead of the competition in terms of lumens achieved at various efficacy levels in both cool white and warm white. It is important to note that the figures on this chart are at 85° C. When comparing XP-E2 performance to competitors please be sure to compare the LEDs at the same operating temperatures. The XP-E2 is binned at 85°C while most competitors bin the LEDs at 25°C. To make an accurate comparison between LEDs be sure to compare them at the same operating temperature. At any operating temperature the XP-E2 is significantly better than any competitor.
