The radar experts from InnoSenT considered all these requirements and developed a reliable radar system for industrial applications. InnoSenT presents the iSYS-6030 radar system for high-precise distance measurement. It is a successor to the discontinued iSYS-6003 for level measurement. The iSYS-6030 uses the 60GHz band to gain a high resolution. This and the intelligent μC processing together with advanced calibration, achieves impressive accuracy. With this product it is possible to measure distances punctually exact to the millimeter. The new system offers more application flexibility due to its extended functionality. It comes with a retrofit housing and small outlines. The small and focused radar beam, in combination with the lens, is optimized for high-accurate measurement and detection of targets in boresights. Objects can be separated with a high resolution of 12cm. This is important for the detection of uneven surface materials. InnoSenT specified the features of products for the use case level measurement and collision avoidance. It offers users an easy set-up and various configuration possibilities and filtering options.
