HYPERRAM™ devices offer configurable burst modes and output drive settings. They also provide multiple power conservation modes enabling power optimization depending on end application needs. The partial memory array refresh feature is especially useful when dealing with small amounts of data. This ensures that refresh operations are performed only to specific banks where data retention is required. The device can be either placed into hybrid sleep mode (in case data needs to be retained for partial power saving) or into deep power down mode (to achieve maximum power efficiency). HYPERRAM devices can also be configured to execute transactions in a wrapped or linear burst mode with configurable burst lengths. When configured in linear burst mode, the device will automatically fetch the next sequential row from the memory array to support a continuous linear burst. It also supports a hybrid mode where one wrapped burst is followed by a linear burst. The devices also allow for configurable output drive strengths.
