These solutions provide cost effective, high performance coils for wireless power transmitters and receiver systems. They are designed and manufactured to meet varied system requirements, while covering a range of single and multiple coils. Wireless charging systems must conform to system requirements, thus the charging coil is a key element providing the magnetic flux that transfers energy from primary to secondary coils. To meet these requirements, a specific range of coil parameters are needed. The AWCCA series offers specific coil inductances covering 6.3µH, 10.5µH, 11.1µH, 11.5 and 12µH, 12.5µH and 24µH. Low resistance and high Q are important to keep power losses to a minimum. While the Abracon AWCCA series features 11 standard designs, products can be customized according to additional wireless charging coil standards or to satisfy customer requirements.
