This page compares the XB-D’s performance with the competition. As can be seen in the chart, the XB-D is the smallest single die power LED by far with a footprint of 2.5 mm square. In addition at 350 mA and 85° C, the XB-D offers the highest flux available at 130 lumens and the highest efficacy at 127 lumens per watt. It is the only single die power LED that is binned at 85° C for all available color temperatures.
