ST high-speed comparators offer nanosecond propagation delay with the lowest power consumption on the market. The comparators are available in space-saving SOT-23 and SOT-323 packages.

The fastest is the TS3011 single comparator.

The TS3011 comparator gives the fastest response time with the industry’s lowest current consumption. It saves up to 50% energy versus the most competitive device among high speed comparators.

TS3011 high-speed voltage comparator addresses applications where fast response time is critical, such as in data communications equipment or pulse-width modulation for audio amplifiers; or even as output buffers in oscilloscopes and analog-to-digital converters.

The ST low power comparator family includes the enhanced power consumption of the TS33 traditional comparator family.

The TS331, TS332 and TS334 are single, dual and quad micro power and low-voltage general purpose comparators. The TS33 family can operate with a supply voltage as low as 1.6 V and they offer one third of the power consumption of traditional LMV331, LMV393 and LMV339 comparators.

Their availability in tiny packages is a real advantage for space saving constraints.

ST's standard comparator portfolio offers the following benefits for cost-sensitive applications:

  • Support for wide supply range, from 1.6 V to 36 V
  • Available in space-saving SOT23 and SOT-323 packages
  • High-temperature (150 °C) versions

The industry standard LM393 & LM339 are coming in tiny DFN and QFN packages for applications where space saving is a must.

The LMV331 /LMV393/ LMV339 series are available with higher ESD performances versus their counterparts.
