PE41901 UltraCMOS® Image Reject Mixer

Our portfolio is constantly expanding to higher frequencies, beginning with the world’s first SOI 40 GHz switch and more recently with the frequency breakthrough of our first monolithic phase and amplitude control beamforming product. Today, we are excited to announce a new mixer with Ku band coverage and broad IF frequency range support, the first high frequency mixer on RF SOI. The PE41901 image reject mixer is a passive double balanced, Ku band mixer with image rejection and high LO isolation capable of operation up to 19 GHz. It operates with single-ended signals on the RF and LO ports. The IF ports accept broadband quadrature signals from DC–4 GHz. The PE41901 is a complete MMIC solution that includes two mixers, an LO path 90° coupler and RF port baluns on a single die. Integrating this functionality on a single die provides image rejection, reduces LO leakage, and improves RF–LO isolation.
