O'Reilly Media Linux for Makers | Maker Minute

Linux for Makers is a book that focuses specifically on introducing and explaining the Linux OS to makers. The book focuses primarily on Raspbian OS, but the topics can be applied to most other Linux distributions. Topics range from basic Linux principles and command line usage to running a headless OS, to controlling sensors, playing multimedia, and accessing cloud services, with explanations on why each topic matters to makers. Linux for Makers explains the functions used in each example, so that users can more easily modify those examples and use them as building blocks to suit their own unique requirements, as well as why each topic matters to a Maker.
