onsemi NCP3230 Buck Converter | DigiKey Daily

onsemi's NCP3230 is a 500 kHz, high efficiency, high current, PWM, synchronous buck converter. The DC/DC converter operates with a single supply voltage from 4.5 V to 18 V and can provide output current as high as 30 A. The device has an adjustable soft-start, output voltage, and current limit to provide design flexibility . It also features high side and low side current sensing and internal MOSFETs to simplify design.
