LulzBot SL Tool Head | DigiKey Daily
LulzBot offers their Aerostruder v2 micro tool head. With layers less than one-third the thickness of a penny, think small. And because of its 0.25 millimeter nozzle diameter and layer resolution of 0.05 millimeters to 0.2 millimeters, fine details, tighter tolerances, meticulous 3D printing, and production-grade prototypes are possible. This tool head comes with a nozzle made of nickel-plated copper alloy, and can reach temperatures as high as 290 degrees Celsius. It has maximum extrusion rate of 6.38 cubic-millimeters-per-second and supports a variety of materials. The Aerostruder v2 micro is printer compatible with the LulzBot Mini 2, and also works with the LulzBot Mini, LulzBot TAZ 5, and the LulzBot TAZ 6 when using the required adapter.
