Flex Suppressor Sheets, from Kemet, are noise suppression sheets designed for the high-frequency noise that is generated from electronic devices. The flexible suppressor sheet is a polymer base, blended with micron-sized magnetic powders dispersed throughout the material. These sheets can be easily cut into a variety of shapes and sizes, and are effective for electromagnetic wave and resonance suppression. Designed for a wide range of frequencies, from the megahertz band to the gigahertz band, these thin and flexible sheets have virtually no limitation to where they can be used, including portable equipment. Ideal applications include providing countermeasures to electrostatic discharge, or ESD, as well as suppressing radiation noise from mobile phones, digital cameras, PCs and tablets, and car infotainment systems.
