Alpha Wire ThermoThin hook-up wire use ECA fluoropolymer insulation to achieve up to a 60% reduction in insulation thickness compared to PTFE wire, resulting in a significant reduction in cable size and weight without sacrificing performance. ThermoThin hook-up wire is rated for operation from -150°C to +300°C at up to 600 V, with excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and UV exposure. It’s ideal for use in oil and gas, semiconductor, energy generation and production, military, and other applications with extreme temperatures and limited space. Alpha Wire ThermoThin hook-up wire is available in wire sizes from 36 to 16 gauge.
