The 597D device features ultra-low ESR values down to 0.015 Ω in nine case sizes, while T97 devices offer high reliability screening and surge current testing options.

With a 75 V rating and capacitance of 10 µF in the “R” case size, the TANTAMOUNT Hi-Rel COTS T97 and industrial-grade 597D series provide high reliability in circuits with applied voltages between 25 V to 40 V, a performance level that has previously been available only with through-hole technology.

The T97 series is designed for safety-critical applications such as those found in the military and aerospace industries. This device also features the required reliability and surge screening options necessary to ensure performance in Hi-Rel applications while still maintaining a maximum capacitance-voltage product.
