Carbon Film MELF Resistors
High Pulse Load Capability
The CMA/CMB High Pulse Load Carbon Film MELF resistors offer the highest pulse load capability for SMD film resistors, with single pulse capability up to 3 kW and surge voltage up to 10 kV for 1.2/50µs pulse, which makes them a perfect choice in circuit protection applications. The cylindrical design also allows for a high rated dissipation up to 1 W, with resistance range from 2.2 ohms to 1.5 Mohms. High-reliability applications will benefit from AEC-Q200 qualification.
