In addition, Infineon extends it‘s low voltage MOSFET portfolio by launching the new TO-Leadless package.  This package is optimized for high current applications, such as Forklift, Light Electric Vehicles (LEV),  Power Tools, PoL (Point of Load) and Telecom.

The main benefits with the TOLL package in your application are:

Designed for high currents up to 300A. the latest OptiMOS™ silicon technology in combination with reduced package resistance achieves lowest RDS(on). This leads to a reduction in the number of parallel MOSFETs in a forklift application and increased power density.

60% smaller package size enables a very compact design. Compared to D²PAk 7pin, TO-Leadless shows a reduction in footprint of 30%. The 50% reduced height offers a significant advantage in applications where compact designs are key.

Low package parasitic inductances result in improved EMI behavior and a 50% bigger solder contact area avoids electro migration at high current levels, resulting in improved reliability.

EiceDRIVER™C Compact 600V Half-Bridge Driver ICs for Battery Powered Applications

The new 2EDL EiceDRIVER™ Compact is a 600V half-bridge gate driver IC family. Efficiency of applications and smaller form factors highlight the advantages of these devices, and level-shift SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) technology supports both design goals. One area of interest is that dedicated driver ICs can optimize the switching behavior and power losses of new power MOSFETs. Therefore, this product family is perfectly suitable for battery-powered applications.
