In 2018, RFCOM has worked with Singapore Tourism Board (STB) successfully launched Luggage Tracking and Management System (LMS) to the hotel industry to improve in productivity & guest satisfaction with faster retrievals of guest luggage, as well as key benefits from digital transformation.

RFCOM serves as an Independent Design House (IDH) and wireless Modem/Module maker in Singapore to provide various wireless embedded solutions. Our customers are located in Singapore, South East Asia, China, USA and other countries.
