New Stepper Motor Design Increases Torque And Efficiency

The new model has 10 to 15% higher torque than the current model. To achieve this higher torque, we incorporated the following innovative ideas: optimal stator core magnetic circuit design, larger winding space, adoption of a magnet with high residual magnetic flux density.

F2 Series IP65 Rated Stepper Motors

The new model fulfills high waterproof and dustproof performance with IP65, degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code) for waterproofing and dustproofing. Therefore, the new model can be used in environments with water or dust.

Basic Performance Improvements F2 Stepper Driver

Through digital current control utilizing the newly developed control ASIC, torque has been improved by as much as 12% compared to the conventional product. In low-speed rotation ranges, approximately 10% less current is consumed at an equivalent or higher torque output, thus reducing loss.
